The release date of the anime film "Sound the Movie! Euphonium ~Welcome to Kita-Uji High School Brass Band Club~" will be released on April 23, 2016, and a special trailer has been released.



Euphonium" is a film based on the popular Japanese animation series "Hibikake! Euphonium" is an anime work based on an entertaining novel (written by Ayano Takeda) from Takarajimasha Bunko, a coming-of-age story about the female members of a high school brass band club, which aired from April to June 2015 and gained popularity for its depiction of the real life and sensitive emotions of adolescents in a brass band club.Directed by Tatsuya Ishihara of the "Chuunibyou de Koi ga Shitai!" series, Tatsuya Ishihara; series composition by Juki Hanada; character design by Akiko Ikeda; series direction by Naoko Yamada; and production by Kyoto Animation. The film version is a compilation of the TV series, but a sequel has also been announced.

Advance tickets with a "selfie" clear file will be on sale at theaters from December 19. One of four types of clear files will be distributed at random per advance ticket.
