Akihabara "AKB48 Theater" celebrates its 10th anniversary on December 8, 2015!　General Manager, Minami Takahashi: "I was raised in this city"

AKB48 is now a national idol group, and on December 8, 2015, its dedicated theater, the AKB48 Theater (opened December 8, 2005), celebrated its 10th anniversary.

In conjunction with this, the Don Quijote Akihabara store, which houses the theater, has been decorated to AKB48's celebratory 10th anniversary specifications. On the wall is a message of thanks from first-term member and general manager Minami Takahashi, who says, "I was raised in this town.

The Radio Hall in front of the station was also decorated in the same way, and commemorative stickers & postcards were distributed free of charge.
