Found on Shoheibashi Dori.
A ramen restaurant called "Shina Soba Tanaka second" appears to be opening soon.
The location is the former site of the ramen restaurant " Fukunokami Shokudo " (February 2011-September 2015).
It is a new branch of Shina Soba Tanaka, which serves seafood-based ramen such as "Aji Nibo Soba" in Higashi Ikebukuro, and is expected to open as early as the end of the year.
[Addendum]
The opening date is December 30. Apparently, there is also a ramen without ingredients for 1,000 yen per bowl.
The opening date of the second restaurant has been set. We will make it in time (^^;;(^O^)/"Shio", "Golden horse mackerel", "Dried fish", "Boiled dried fish" #Akiba #akiba #Ramen #Akiba #Akihabara #Niboshi #Ramen Please look forward to it. pic.twitter.com/hJsTw0nI2X

Shina Soba Tanaka second @Akihabara, a new restaurant that opened today, serving "supreme 'salt' kakesoba - Boso no bounty" for 1,000 yen. This is the second branch of Shina Soba Tanaka, a popular restaurant in Higashi Ikebukuro. Limited to 30 servings a night, the challenge is to make a bowl of soup and noodles alone for 1,000 yen. A must for ramen lovers. pic.twitter.com/XbVk8l6DGW
