High school girls' motorcycle coming-of-age anime "Bak-ON! TV anime version will start in April 2016!　Newly Recorded CB400SF Sound is also Released!

Bak-ON! has announced the broadcast start date and stations for the TV anime version of "Bak-ON!

Bak-ON! is an anime work based on the manga series by Orimoto Mimana, which is currently serialized in Young Champion Isetsu. It is a coming-of-age story set in a girls' high school motorcycle club, in which the main character, who is interested in motorcycles, is supported by her unique friends as she leads a life of motorcycling. Five motorcycle manufacturers, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Ducati, Honda, and Yamaha, fully cooperate in the animation. The OVA version will be included in the bonus DVD of the limited special edition of the seventh volume of the original comics, which will be released on March 18, 2016.

The TV anime version will start in April 2016 and will be broadcast on TOKYO MX, Sun TV, BS11, and other TV stations. It was also revealed that Rena Ueda will play the main character, Hane Sakura. On the official website, the character voice by Ms. Ueda and a newly recorded sound (http://bakuon-anime.com/characters/hane.html) of her favorite car, the Honda CB400SF, are available for viewing. Incidentally, the motorcycle sounds used in the film were recorded for each vehicle at Twin Ring Motegi from actual equipment provided by Bike-Oh.

In addition, motorcycle-related companies such as Arai, SHOEI, Yoshimura Japan, Twin Ring Motegi, and Bike-Oh are newly participating. It was also announced that they will appear in the main anime.
