Spring Anime "Joker Game" Announces Cast!　Horiuchi, Shimono, Kimura, Hosoya, Morikawa, Kaji, Fukuyama, Nakai, Sakurai, Tsuda, Seki

The cast has been announced for the TV anime "Joker Game," which will start in April 2016.

Joker Game" is an anime work based on a novel by Hiroshi Yanagi, published by KADOKAWA in 2008. The anime version is an intelligence mystery about spies in the Imperial Army, directed by Kazuya Nomura of "Ghost in the Shell: The New Movie" and "Sengoku Basara the Movie: The Last Party," with the game "Seventh Dragon III code A live-action movie version was released in January 2015.

The cast has now been released. Lieutenant Colonel Yuki, a spy master in the Imperial Army and founder of the spy training division "D Agency," is played by Mr. Masao Horiuchi; the supercilious narcissist Miyoshi is played by Mr. Hiro Shimono; the mischievous playboy Kaminaga is played by Mr. Ryohei Kimura, a seemingly good-natured but proud man who went from the Army's childhood school to officer's school and was commissioned as a second lieutenant The taciturn Odagiri is played by Yoshimasa Hosoya; Amari, the oldest of the agency members, is played by Tomoyuki Morikawa; Hatano is played by Hiroki Kaji; Sanei is played by Jun Fukuyama; Fukumoto is played by Kazuya Nakai, a natural, taciturn cook who loves to cook; and Tasaki, a soft-spoken, intelligent man who has a warm personality. The soft-spoken and intelligent Tazaki is played by Takahiro Sakurai, Jiro Gamo by Kenjiro Tsuda, and Lieutenant Sakuma, who is seconded to the D Agency secretly established within the army and serves as a liaison with the General Staff Headquarters, is played by Tomokazu Seki.

A poster with the new visual and cast members is posted at the Kokusai Tenjijo Station on the Rinkai Line. The period is from December 25 to December 31.
