KARAAGE YAJI JIKIHACHIRO relocates and opens near Akiba!  Karaage: 8 types of parts x 16 types of seasoning
The restaurant relocated from Otemachi and opened on January 3.

"Genso Sushi Akihabara Chuo-dori", a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant, closed at the beginning of the year.
It had been in business since June 2007.

Junk shop "Akihabara Wholesale Center 2" relocated to Yushima.
The new location is near exit 5 of Yushima station (3-16-5 Yushima, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo).

Izakaya/restaurant "Rural Cuisine Toki" closed on January 23.
A family-style izakaya featuring Toyama's local cuisine.

Beer bar "Hitachino Brewing Lab" will open in Akihabara on January 27! About 10 kinds of craft beers including "Hitachino Nest Beer" are always available.
The Kanda area has been experiencing a growing beer craze, with the "Kanda Beer Festival" being held since 2013.

Ryohei Ramen" closed on January 30! Low-priced ramen shop offering ramen at 380 yen per bowl (currently 400 yen)
The restaurant offered low-priced noodles and set meals other than ramen.

Echigo Soba Kanda Suehirocho reopens for business after a two-and-a-half month absence.
The restaurant had been closed since mid-November 2014 due to emergency construction work on the kitchen facilities.

Ramen Koryu closed its Akihabara branch and Akihabara Ekimae branch!  Withdrawal from Akiba = Withdrawal from Honshu
The restaurant had been in operation since November 2008 as a new branch of "Ramen Koryu," which has branches in Shinjuku and Ginza.
