The Himuro Akihabara ramen restaurant will open on February 1.
The location is on a back street, the former site of Tempura Sanko, a set meal/izakaya restaurant that closed in November 2015.
Himuro is a ramen chain with outlets in Ueno, Kinshicho, Yurakucho, Kameari, Matsudo, Kashiwa, and Inage.
It is operated by Four Tops Corporation, which also operates Aigen and Gyosuke restaurants, and claims to serve "Hokkaido Ramen.
[Additional note]
It is open from 11:00 to 23:30, seven days a week. After dinner, they offer free drinks that can be taken out or consumed on the second floor.

Hokkaido Ramen Himuro Akihabara, built on the site of Sanko's. Opened today. I had the Orochon Ramen, not too spicy but just right. The best part is that they are open until 23:30, so I now have another spot to fatten up after working late. pic.twitter.com/DuHm3qKxjx
