Galpan the Movie: 4D version, in which images and seats are interlocked, will be screened! At 30 theaters nationwide from February 20

From the anime film "Girls und Panzer the Movie," it was announced that 4D screenings will begin on February 20.



The original anime "Girls und Panzer," directed by Tsutomu Mizushima, depicts a heartwarming story based on the theme of beautiful girls and tanks. The realistic depiction of tanks and numerous beautiful girl characters have been highly acclaimed by anime fans and military fans alike. In July 2014, the OVA "Girls und Panzer: This is the real battle of Anzio! was screened in theaters in July 2014, and the first theater version of the anime film "Girls und Panzer: The Movie" was released in November.

The movie opened in 77 theaters on November 21 and became a blockbuster hit, grossing over 900 million yen at the box office on January 14, 55 days after its release. 4DX will also be screened in a 4DX version starting February 20. 4DX is an interactive system in which the seats are linked to the movie scenes, with back and forth, left and right, up and down movement, wind, water (mist), scent, smoke, flash and various other effects, The 4DX is a next-generation screening style that combines the effects of an attraction with the real-time and dynamic experience of various effects such as wind, water (mist), scent, smoke, and flash, as well as back-and-forth, left-and-right, up-and-down movement in the seat. In this film, the movement of tanks and the impact of artillery shells can be enjoyed with even greater intensity. The film will be screened at the following 30 theaters nationwide.


The jacket of the BD "Girls und Panzer Orchestra Concert ~Herbst Musikfest 2015~," which will be released on February 24, has been completed; the title is a complete recording of the concert held on November 3, 2015 (performed by the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra). The illustration depicts the five members of the Ankou Team gathered in the foyer of the Yokosuka Art Theater, the venue of the concert. Incidentally, the costume worn by Miho Nishizumi is the dress worn by Mai Fuchigami on the day of the concert.
