Corsair's "H5 SF" (model number: CW-9060023-WW) water-cooled integrated CPU cooler for Mini-ITX motherboards will be released this weekend on Saturday, March 30.

The H5 SF is a low-profile water-cooled CPU cooler with a unique design that places the radiator and cooling fan directly above the motherboard . By keeping the overall height to 84mm, it can be installed in small cases with limited space.

Main specifications include a radiator size of 167 x 57 x 40 mm and a weight of 850 g. Materials are aluminum (radiator) and copper (water block). The onboard fan is a 120mm fan x 1. The speed: 1,000-1,800 rpm, maximum airflow: 24 CFM, noise level: 36-42 dbA. The supported CPU sockets are Intel: LGA1366/1156/1155/1151/1150, AMD: FM2/FM1/AM3+/AM3/ AM2+/AM2.
