Post Office Gacha Collection" to go on sale in early February! Elaborate figures of post boxes, deliveryman's helmets, Yu-Pack Danbo, etc.

The "Post Office Gacha Collection" capsule toy from Takara Tomy Arts will go on sale in early February.

This is the first official capsule toy for the post office (Japan Post), and is a collaboration product realized after Takara Tomy Arts received a request from Japan Post in the fall of 2014 to install capsule vending machines in post offices. The collaboration products include a "post box," which is a symbol of Japan Post, a signboard of "Yu Yu Window," a postman's helmet, a "panda post box" of Ueno Zoo, and a "Yu-Pack," which is a collaboration with the manga "Yotsuba! and "Yu-Pack Danboard," a collaboration with the manga "Yotsuba!

Each item is sculpted based on actual drawings, and the colors and gimmicks are realistically reproduced. For example, the postman's helmet was painted based on a sample of the actual helmet, since the same color looks different depending on the material it is made of. The mailboxes have movable posting and collection doors so that miniature letters can actually be inserted and removed, and the signboard at the Yu-Yu counter has a built-in light that glows. These gimmicks and added elements of fun are the focus of this product.

The price is 300 yen per unit. Sold at Kure Ryoya Post Office, Kure Hirohonmachi Post Office, Kure Agakita Post Office, Hiro Post Office, Postal Shop Japan Post Headquarters, JP Lawson Tokyo Chuo Post Office, JP Lawson Shibuya Post Office, general merchandise stores and mass retailers nationwide.
