The "2016 Winter Anime Competitiveness Popularity Poll" is now open for registration!　All 38 works on air, including Rakugo, Dagashi, Police, Brass Band, and Fukushi-kun, are eligible!

The "2016 Winter Anime Competitiveness Popularity Poll" has started on the anime portal "Anipota" operated by Akiba Research Institute.

This is a voting project to select works that were interesting to watch and that we would like to continue watching in the future from among new anime broadcasted in winter 2016 (from January 2016). The newest series to be selected were "Showa Genroku Rakugo Shinju," which depicts the world of rakugo in the Showa period (1926-1989); "Dare ga Shigatsu," in which nostalgic sweets with real names appear; "GATE: The Self Defense Force, This Land, This Battle (2nd season)," whose first season was very popular; "Activraid: Mobile Assault Room No. 8," an original police drama; "Haruchika," a mystery series about a brass band; and "HARUCHIKA: Haruta and Chika," which is a story about a young boy who plays in a brass band and a young woman who plays in a band. Haruchika: Haruta to Chika wa Seishun suru", Kyoani's latest work "Phantom World without Limits", Sanzigen's 10th anniversary work "Bubuki Blanki", GM Ochiai's first son Fuchsi-kun's first regular anime "Ashes to Grimgal of Illusion", etc. All 38 works on air are eligible for voting.

Votes can be cast three times per person, and will be accepted until February 21 at the following link.
