A new short animation from the TV anime "SHOW BY ROCK! a new short animation will start in July.

SHOW BY ROCK! (Show by Rock!) is an anime work that originated from Sanrio's first character project for game/anime fans, a popular smartphone game application that combines elements of a band-themed sound game in which players touch the screen in time with the rhythm of the game and elements of character development. It is an original story that combines unique band sounds with human drama, and was broadcast in the late-night slot instead of the morning slot. A sequel to the TV series and a new short anime will be produced.

The new short anime "SHOW BY ROCK! SHOW BY ROCK! will start in July. The broadcasting station will be TOKYO MX, and the staff will be the same as the first season, with Takahiro Ikezoe as director, Doko Waitada as series composition, and production by BONES. The new short anime will introduce episodes of bands that appeared in the main anime series, such as "Plasma Jica" and "Singan Crimsons," and will feature new visuals and the first PV of each band. The first PV is of "Plasmajica," to which the main character Cyan belongs. The second and subsequent PVs will be released monthly starting in March.
