TV anime "Osomatsu-san" BD Volume 1 sold 36,000 copies in its first week, ranking No.2 overall on Oricon! DVD version sold 43,000 copies in the first week.
The first volume of the TV anime "Osomatsu-san," which was released on January 29, was revealed to have ranked second overall in the Oricon Weekly BD Ranking dated February 8.
It sold 36,000 copies in its first week of release. It is ranked No. 2 overall, but No. 1 in the animation category. The DVD version, which was released at the same time, sold 43,000 copies in its first week, ranking No. 3 overall in the DVD ranking (No. 1 in the animation category), making a great start for the first volume. Incidentally, the overall No. 1 in both BD and DVD rankings was "Kanjani Eight Recital: Kimi no Heart wo Tsukidaru! (BD: 53,000/DVD: 133,000).
The first volume of the BD/DVD includes the completely new 3.5 episodes "Matsujiru" and "Virgin Hero," as well as the screening event held on October 16, 2015, "It's 6 kids, all together! TOTOKO is there too♪", a digest video of the event held on October 16, 2015, and a priority sales application ticket for the noon session of the event on May 8, 2016 are included.
