Spring Anime "Fufuin Guicchi" Reveals Cast and Character Setup Drawings!　Daily life story of a JK witch set in Aomori

Cast members and character drawings for the TV anime "FUWAIN GUICH," which will start in April, have been revealed.

Furuinguitch" is based on the manga by Chihiro Ishizuka, serialized in Bessatsu Shonen Magazine. It is an everyday story about a high school witch, Makoto Kiba, who sometimes encounters mysterious things while relaxing with her friends in the rich nature of Aomori. Directed by Katsushi Sakurabi of "God's Memo Pad," series composition by Deko Akao of "Snow White with Red Hair," and character design by Masato Yasuno. Animation production is by J.C. STAFF.

It will be broadcast on NTV and Aomori Broadcasting from April, and the cast and character setting pictures have been released. The cast includes Minami Shinoda as Makoto Kibata, a witch who moved to the Kuramoto family in Aomori to become a full-fledged witch; Eri Suzuki as Chinatsu Kuramoto, Makoto's second cousin and an active elementary school student who longs to become a witch; and Shinsuke Sugawara as Kei Kuramoto, the oldest Kuramoto son, who is the same age as Makoto and a classmate of the Kuramoto family. Q. What is your impression of "FUWAIN GUICH" and Makoto?
A. I felt as if I was able to share the work's slow-moving atmosphere with Makoto. Witches and magic" blend easily into everyday life, and I was excited to think that if there really were witches today, they might be living like this. I was excited. Makoto is full of "girlish cuteness," and I think she is cute even to girls with her natural charm! I think she is a girl who is always called "cute" even by girls!
Q. Please tell us about your enthusiasm.
A. My name is Minami Shinoda, and I will be playing the role of Makoto Kibata! I am really happy to have been chosen to play Makoto! I have the impression that all the characters are living a relaxed life, so I will do my best to bring out the best in Makoto while also relaxing myself! Just imagining the characters in motion is something I'm looking forward to. I am looking forward to seeing the characters in action!

Q. What is your impression of "FUWAIN GUICH" and Chinatsu?
A. My impression of "Furuinguitch" is that it is a very comfortable work that blends warm everyday life with the fantasy of witches. Because of the peacefulness, it is very interesting to see the detailed expressions and reactions of the characters! Chinatsu is innocent and the "symbol of peace. She is a girl who knows everything that is going on in your mind.
Q, Please tell us about your enthusiasm.
A. I am sure that the work will be filled with warmth of human connection! I would like to enjoy playing the role and see what kind of fun scenery Chinatsu-chan sees from the same point of view as me. I would also like to visit Aomori and experience the land and deliver that healing feeling to the audience! Please look forward to it!

Q. What is your impression of "Fufuin Guich" and Kei?
A. I got the impression that the cute and slightly mysterious daily life of the unique characters is very interesting and makes me feel warm and peaceful. Kei is basically an older brother who goes at his own pace, but I thought he was an adorable character who shows various faces in the work, such as being a goofball, a quick witted person, cooking, and working in the fields.
Q. Please tell us about your enthusiasm.
A. I will put my heart and soul into it so that you can feel and enjoy the world and atmosphere of this work! I will also do my best to convey the charm of the character Kei to the audience! Thank you very much for your cooperation!
