New Jiro-style Ramen Restaurant in Akihabara!　Ramen Ninja to Open on February 7!

A ramen shop called "Ramen Ninja" will open soon.

It is located on Showa-dori Avenue, between " Menya Kokochi Akihabara " and " Cho-Gotteri Men Gottsu Akihabara.

The two-tone black-and-yellow signage and the catchphrase "Do you want garlic in your ramen? the signboard is two-tone yellow and black, and the catchphrase, "Garlic in it?

It appears that the restaurant opened on February 7. The main menu items include ramen for 730 yen, tsukemen for 800 yen, and aburasoba for 750 yen. The regular serving is 250g of noodles, with a large serving (375g of noodles) at +100 yen and a special serving (500g of noodles) at +200 yen. Free toppings include yasai, garlic, abura-karame, and either spicy fried tofu or curry mayo (either one).

Ninja ramen, noodles are flat. Soup is sweet. Kakuni (cubed pork) called chashu is still delicious. One of the waitresses is a former employee of Kagemusha Ramen (kind looking bespectacled guy). I don't recommend mayonnaise topping. pic.twitter.com/B5q12im2dN
