Galpan the Movie to be released on BD/DVD on May 27!　Special features include new OVA, CD "Boko no Uta", DTS Headphone:X, 3 commentaries, etc.

BD/DVD information was announced from the anime film "Girls und Panzer the Movie.

The original anime "Girls und Panzer" is a heartwarming story directed by Tsutomu Mizushima based on the theme of beautiful girls and tanks. The depiction of realistic and moving tanks and numerous beautiful girl characters have been highly acclaimed by anime fans and military fans alike. In July 2014, the OVA "Girls und Panzer: This is the real battle of Anzio! was screened in theaters in July 2014, and the first theater version of the anime film "Girls und Panzer: The Movie" was released in November.

The film opened in 77 theaters on November 21 and was a blockbuster hit, grossing over 1.1 billion yen as of February 16. 4D version will be screened in all 30 theaters from February 20, and BD/DVD information has been released. The BD/DVD will be released on May 27, and will include a new OVA (a sequel to the original theatrical version) and a digest of the past films as common extras. The BD special limited edition (9,800 yen + tax) will also include "Akiyama Yuwari's Tank Lecture," a making-of featurette, and footage from various events. In addition, the BD special limited edition includes "DTS Headphone:X" as an audio bonus so that viewers can enjoy the sound at home, which has been the topic of much discussion at the explosive sound screenings at Tachikawa Cinema City and other venues. This allows viewers to experience a 5.1ch sound field with ordinary headphones. In addition, a CD of "Boko no Uta" sung by Miho Nishizumi (CV: Mai Fuchigami) and Airisu Shimada (CV: Ayana Taketatsu) and three audio commentaries are also available. Details are as follows
