Bakuste Sotokanda 1-chome is known for its employee unit "Bakuste Sotokanda 1-chome," which includes gluttonous idol Moeno-azuki, who has appeared on gluttonous TV shows, etc. In 2011, Tsunku and Chiyomaru Shikura launched the restaurant, and in 2012, idols from the restaurant made their debut as "Bakuste Sotokanda 1-chome," and it is still in operation. Today, more than 80 idols are employed at Bakuste Sotokanda 1-chome.

The first fixed selection unit was born at this store. The name of the unit is "Erabaleshi," and it will be formed by eight newly selected members, who have been carefully selected based on a survey of the "history of being recommended" by over 30,000 Baxter producers (i.e., customers).

The teaser site (http://leido.co.jp/erabareshi) only shows the silhouettes of the eight members, but it has been announced that this spring, Tsunku and Chiyomaru Shikura will release a song on the Stand-Up! Records.
