TV Anime "Ajin" Special Event on September 19! Special live performance by Mamoru Miyano and flumpool will also be held!

Details of a special event to be held on Monday, September 19, 2016 (national holiday) from the TV anime "Ajin" currently airing have been received.



Ajin" is an anime work based on the manga series by Sakurai Gamon in "good! Polygon Pictures, which gained worldwide acclaim for "Knights of Sidonia," is producing the film version as a trilogy, with the first part, "Ajin -Impulse-," being released in November. The TV series began in January 2016. The general director is Hiroyuki Seshimo of "Knights of Sidonia," the director is Hiroaki Ando of "Short Peace," and the series composition is by Koji Seko of "Seraph of the End. The sci-fi suspense film features Nagai Kei, a high school boy who turns out to be an "Ajin," an unknown new creature that never dies, and depicts a battle between Ajin, who are hunted by all humans, and humans who see them only as objects to be studied.


A special event for "Ajin" has already been scheduled for September 19, 2016 (Monday, national holiday), and details of the event have been revealed. In addition to Mamoru Miyano, who plays the main character Kei Nagai, Takahiro Sakurai, who plays Masaru Tosaki, will join the event as an additional speaker. The popular artist "flumpool," who will perform the opening song, will also participate, and a special live performance by flumpool and Mamoru Miyano will be held.


This event can be applied for using the priority application lottery serial enclosed in the Blu-ray&DVD "Ajin" Volume 1 (Limited First Edition), which will be released on March 16 (Wed.).
