Spring Anime "FUWAIN GUICH" Adds Mikami Eri and Iguchi Yuka to Cast! Aomori Broadcasting plans to rebroadcast on Saturday evenings.

Additional cast members and broadcast date and time have been announced for the TV anime "FUWAIN GUICH," which will start in April.



Furuinguitch" is based on the manga by Chihiro Ishizuka, serialized in Bessatsu Shonen Magazine. It is an everyday story about a high school witch, Makoto Kibata, who sometimes encounters mysterious things while relaxing with her friends in the rich nature of Aomori. Directed by Katsushi Sakurabi of "God's Memo Pad," series composition by Deko Akao of "Snow White with Red Hair," and character design by Masato Yasuno. Animation production is by J.C. STAFF.

The show will be broadcast on NTV and Aomori Broadcasting from April, and additional cast members have been released. The cast includes Utana Aoi as Akane Kiba, Makoto's sister who is a bit of a celebrity and free spirit among the witches; Eori Mikami as Nao Ishiwatari, Kei's childhood friend and the daughter of a liquor store owner who helps out at home for pocket money; Mari Hino as Akane's friend Inuyo, a fortune teller who turns into a dog during the day; and Mari Hino as her mother, the master of a cafe concorsio. The role of Kyoko Shiina, a junior high school student whose hobby is archaeology, is played by Yuka Iguchi, who also works as a waitress to help her mother who is the master of the coffee shop Concorsio.

The program will be broadcast on NTV every Sunday from 2:25 a.m. starting April 10, and on Aomori Broadcasting every Saturday from 1:27 a.m. starting April 16. Aomori Broadcasting plans to rebroadcast the program (every Saturday from 4:30 p.m. starting April 16).
