Spring Anime "My Hero Academia" unveils its second key visual and fourth PV! Yoshihiko Umakoshi, the character designer, is also the chief animation director.

The second key visual and fourth PV from the TV anime "My Hero Academia," which will start in April, have been released.


My Hero Academia" is an anime work based on the manga series by Kohei Horikoshi, serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump. Set in a world where 80% of the world's population has some kind of idiosyncrasy, the story depicts the hero, who has no idiosyncrasy of any kind, as he aims to become a hero against criminals who abuse his idiosyncrasy. The original series has sold more than 2 million copies in the first year since its serialization began, and has become a "Jump royal road" with its strong message and unique characters. Directed by Kenji Nagasaki, series composition by Yosuke Kuroda, character design by Yoshihiko Umakoshi, and animation production by BONES.

The second key visual and the fourth PV have been released. The second key visual is an illustration of the main character, Midoriya Izuhisa, and heroes such as All Might, Bakugo Katsumi, Reichi Ochako, Iida Tenya, and Todoroki Jotetsu. In addition, the new PV is composed of advance cuts from the main story.

The music will be composed by Mr. Yoshihiko Umakoshi, who is also the director of the movie, in addition to the music of "HIQUE! and other animations, as well as film and drama music, will be performed by Yuki Hayashi. In addition, the release date of Takara Tomy's trading card game (TCG) "My Hero Academia TAG CARD GAME/Takara Tomy" has been set for April 23.
