HDR-M7" series of high heat dissipation conduction sheets that adhere to capacitors and IC chips to dissipate heat, from Wide Work!

Widework has released the HDR-M7 series of high heat-dissipation conduction sheets made of a gummy-soft rubber material.

The lineup consists of two products: the 80 x 80 x 12 mm size "HDR-M7-80" and the 40 x 40 x 12 mm size "HDR-M7-40.

The "HDR-M7-80" and "HD-M7-40" are high heat-dissipation conduction sheets that can be used as heat sinks for different sized capacitors and IC chips on boards together by using soft rubber material.

The main specifications are: thermal conductivity of 2.4 W/m-K; operating temperature range of -40 to 200°C; and hardness of less than Asker C 3 . Hardness is Asker C 3 or less. Other features include high insulation properties atthe CTI=600 level, high compressibilitythat significantly reduces thermal resistance, water and dust resistancedue to the properties of silicone resin, and vibration resistance thatmaintains high flexibility under a wide range of temperature conditions.
