<Story.
The Shinjuku Disturbance that involved young "super humanists". Jiro, who caused the outburst of destructive activities, left the Choujin Section and went on a solitary journey. A quarter of a century after the end of the world war - with the 45th anniversary of the apotheosis as the boundary, everything changed drastically. The nature of the nation of Japan, its attitude toward superhumans, the tense international situation based on the Cold War structure, and the U.S., which interfered greatly in domestic politics and commercial activities. It is no longer possible to return to the exuberant period of the early 1940s of the apotheosis. And "superhumans" are no longer divided into two groups: outlaw groups that use their special abilities for evil, or superhumans assigned to state agencies that suppress them under their authority. Is there no freedom for "superhumans" there? Is there no choice of action other than servitude to the state? For Hitoyoshi Jiro, who has become an outlaw amidst the multiple layers of human speculation and intersecting social positions and statuses, the fulfillment of his principle of action, "to protect the superhuman," becomes a more difficult and solitary path.At the center of the flow is a secret hidden in Jiro himself, buthe does not yet know it.
