Theater Animation Trilogy "Ajin," Sequel Release Dates Set! Part 2 "Collision" will be released on May 6, Part 3 "Impulse" on September 23

The release dates of the second and third parts of the anime film "Ajin" have been announced.




Ajin" is an anime work based on the manga series by Sakurai Gamon in "good! Polygon Pictures, which gained worldwide acclaim for "Knights of Sidonia," will produce the film version as a trilogy, with the first part, "Ajin -Impulse-" to be released in November. The TV series will also begin in January 2016. The general director is Hiroyuki Seshimo of "Knights of Sidonia," the director is Hiroaki Ando of "Short Peace," and the series composition is by Koji Seko of "Seraph of the End. It is a science fiction suspense featuring Kei Nagai, a high school boy who turns out to be a "subhuman," an unknown new creature that never dies, and depicts a battle between subhumans, who are hunted by all mankind, and mankind, which sees them only as research subjects.

The TV anime version has been airing since January, and the release dates for the second and third parts of the film version have been set. Part 2 "Ajin -Collision-" will be released on May 6, and Part 3 "Ajin -Impulse-" on September 23. The main visual for Part 2 has also been released. The screening will be limited to three weeks, until May 26.


Advance tickets for Part 2 will go on sale on March 18. The advance ticket includes a clear file featuring Kei & Kai, and a QR code to enter a drawing to invite 25 pairs of 50 people to an event scheduled to be held on April 15 at a certain location in Tokyo.
