Episode 0 of the animated film "Arlo and the Boy," which opens in theaters on March 12, has been unleashed.

Arlo and the Boy" is a new animated film from Disney/Pixar, best known for the worldwide hit "Toy Story" series. What if a meteorite hadn't hit Earth and the dinosaurs hadn't gone extinct?" The adventure fantasy film is set on an Earth where Arlo, a wimpy dinosaur who is separated from his beloved family, embarks on an epic adventure to return home to his family.

Episode 0 has now been released. In contrast to the wimpy Arlo, Episode 0 depicts the untold past of Spot, a small but brave boy who has survived in the harsh wilderness by himself. The reasons for this are revealed. Furthermore, Kazutaka Ozawa of Speedwagon, who is making a comeback as "Sekaoza (Sekai no Ozawa)," was chosen to read the book. Mr. Ozawa, who is an emotional person with a unique sensibility, empathized with Spot's loneliness of being "alone" and said, "I almost cried as I read it over and over again. I have been avoiding voice work for a long time, but like Spot, I felt I had to come out of the cave and grow up. He said that he, too, was able to grow like Spot through the reading experience.

As for why he decided to make Episode 0, director Peter Sohn said, "I am a big fan of Japan, and in fact, I would not have been involved in making the film if I had not been inspired by the Japanese culture. So for the Japanese release of "Arlo and the Boy," I wanted to do something special and bring something new to the Japanese audience, so I decided to present "Episode 0," a story about the boy Spot's life that is not revealed in the film. We wanted to give the Japanese audience something new, so we decided to present the origin story of the boy Spot, which is not revealed in the film, as "Episode 0". Spot is our favorite character. We love him so much that we wanted to let our favorite Japanese people know more about him.
