B-class gourmet food and drink spot "B-1 Grand Prix Shokudo AKI-OKA CARAVANE" will hold its second menu change on March 19.
Twelve new local gourmet dishes will be introduced. The new lineup includes "Okhotsk Kitami Salt Yakisoba," "Kushiro Zantare," "Gyoda Jelly Fries," "Misaki Tuna Ramen," "Komagane Sauce Katsudon," "Hamamatsu Gyoza," "Gujo Okumino-Curry Hitachikubo," "Meiho Chicken," "Akashi Tamago-Yaki," "Bingo Fuchu-yaki," "Tottori Tofu Chikuwa Set," and "Hita Yakisoba. Hita Yakisoba. Instead, 12 items on the existing menu will be discontinued, with the exception of "Nayoro Stewed Genghis Khan," "Otaru Ankake Yakisoba," and "Katsuura Tantanmen. This time, four menus supervised by four organizations participating in the "B-1 Grand Prix" in Hokkaido will be available, as it is the celebrated opening of the Hokkaido Shinkansen bullet train.
The restaurant is currently offering half-price sales on the menu items that will be suspended, and will be closed from March 16 to 18 to prepare for the menu replacement. The next menu change is scheduled for July 2016, the first anniversary of the opening.
