The TV anime "ALL OUT! has released its character visuals.

ALL OUT! is an anime work based on a manga by Amase Shiori. It is based on high school rugby and depicts the passionate adolescence of attractive characters, centering on two uneven characters of opposite heights and personalities. Recently, rugby has become a hot topic in Japan due to the World Cup, and this is the first ever work based on rugby to be made into a TV anime. Directed by Kenichi Shimizu of "Parasite: Sei's Ratio", series composition and script by Masahiro Yokoya of "Free!", script by Shingo Irie of "Kuroko no Basketball", and character design by Masatitsu Soma of "BLACK LAGOON". Production will be handled by TMS and Madhouse, with Telecom Animation Film participating as a planning and production partner.

Character visuals have been unveiled. All are members of the Kanagawa High School rugby team: Kenji Gion, a novice freshman who is small but has a strong competitive spirit; Sumiaki Ishimizu, a tall but timid freshman with rugby experience; Takuya Akayama, a junior who is captain of the number eight team; and Hachioji, a junior who is always smiling and caring as the vice-captain. Mutsumi, the always smiling and caring vice-captain, is a third-year student.

The booths of the companies (Dentsu, TMS Entertainment, and Kodansha) at AnimeJapan 2016 will be displaying memorabilia, message boards, life-size standees, and character posters of the Japanese national rugby team, as well as distributing original postcards.
