That "Iwashita Shinsei Ginger Museum" is now in Akihabara! Exhibits and special menu offered in collaboration with a Japanese-style internet cafe in Akihabara

The Japanese-style internet cafe "Wa-style.cafe AKIBA" in Akihabara and the "Iwashita Fresh Ginger Museum" operated by Iwashita Foods will collaborate to hold a collaboration café from March 26 to May 1.

The collaboration café will feature a collaboration room using some of the exhibits from the "Iwashita Fresh Ginger Museum" in Tochigi City, Tochigi Prefecture, which boasts a popularity of over 50,000 visitors. Visitors can also enjoy "Ginger Shrine" and "New Ginger in the Dirt" in Akihabara. In addition, food products including the standard "Iwashita fresh ginger" and original goods such as the "Iwashita fresh ginger penlight," whose obscene-looking shape has caused a great sensation, will also be on sale. Eleven special menu items using "Iwashita fresh ginger" will be offered, and each order will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win original goods.

Incidentally, this collaboration started when one of the cafe staff, a fan of "Iwashita fresh ginger," posted a photo of "Iwashita fresh ginger" on Twitter. Kazuryo Iwashita, president of Iwashita Foods, who was doing his daily Twitter ego search, discovered the tweet, and the two parties began interacting on the Internet.
