The "B-1 Grand Prix Shokudo" under the elevated railway tracks in Akiba has been renewed for the second chapter with 8 new menu items and a single rice dish!

B-1 Grand Prix Shokudo AKI-OKA CARAVANE opened in July 2015 as the first permanent restaurant in Tokyo and the official restaurant of the "B-1 Grand Prix," an event held nationwide to showcase "local gourmet" (*officials say it is definitely not "B-class gourmet" ). The menu is not fixed and features local gourmet foods from about 70 regions, but on March 19, the menu will be replaced for the second time and renewed as the third chapter.

The third chapter features 12 new items: "Okhotsk Kitami Salt Yakisoba," "Kushiro Zantare," "Gyoda Jelly Fries," "Misaki Tuna Ramen," "Komagane Sauce Katsudon," "Hamamatsu Gyoza," "Gujo Okumino-Curry Hitakubou," "Meiho Chicken," "Akashi Tamagoyaki," "Bingo Fuchu Yaki," "Tottori Tofu Chikuwa Zen" and "Hita Yakisoba. The 12 new items are all priced from 300 to 500 yen (*). All are priced from 300 yen to 500 yen (*Full size noodles are 700 yen). Compared to Chapter 2, there are fewer meat-based dishes, but more sauces and snacks. It is likely that the restaurant will be used in the warmer season for a little drink.

The menu is scheduled to be changed again in July 2016, the restaurant's first anniversary.
