Experimental anime "ReLIFE," a program for NEETs to return to society, to start in July! New PV and cast also revealed!

Broadcasting of the TV anime "ReLIFE" is set to begin in July. A new PV and cast were also revealed.




ReLIFE" is an anime work based on a web manga serialized on comico. It comically depicts a new graduate who immediately quits his job, encounters "ReLIFE," a social rehabilitation program for NEETs, and begins high school life all over again as a test subject of the program. Directed by Satoshi Kosaka, series composition by Michiko Yokote and Kazuho Hyodo, character design and chief animation director Junko Yamanaka, and animation production by TMS.

The broadcast will begin in July on TOKYO MX, Gunma Television, Tochigi Television, and BS11. In addition, a new PV and cast members have been released. The cast includes Kensho Ono as Shinta Kaizaki, a 27-year-old unemployed graduate student who was chosen as the subject of the re-life experiment; Ai Chino as Chizuru Hijiro, a brilliant female student who ranks first in her class but is extremely tone deaf in communication; Ryo Yomei as Ryo Kimura, a support section employee at the re-life research center and the person in charge of Kaizaki's re-life experiment; and Ryo Kihei as Ryo Yomei, an athlete with excellent grades and a competitive spirit. Reina Kariu, a stoic tsundere with a strong competitive spirit, is played by Haruka Tomatsu; Kazuomi Ookami, who has a flirtatious image but is actually the most athletically inclined male in his class, is played by Yuma Uchida; and the optimistic Anzu Onoya, who like Kaizaki has transferred from the third grade, is played by Rena Ueda.



<Story.
Kaizaki Arata (27 years old) left the company he joined as a new graduate after only three months. His job search does not go well, and his parents cut off his allowance, forcing him to return to the countryside. He has no friends or girlfriend to whom he can confide his problems. ...... A mysterious man, Ryo Yomei, appears before Kaizaki, who is at his wits' end. Yomei offers Kaizaki to participate in "Re-Life," a program for NEETs to reintegrate into society. The program is to attend high school for one year as a high school student, only to be rejuvenated in appearance by a mysterious secret medicine.
