A new PV and comments from those involved in the TV anime "Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn RE:0096," which will start in April, have been released.

The TV series is a re-edited version of the hit OVA "Mobile Suit Gundam UC (Unicorn)," which consisted of seven chapters. Highlights include new opening and ending footage, a preview of the next episode by Shuichi Ikeda, who plays Full Frontal, and an avant-garde narration. It will be broadcast every Sunday morning from 7:00 a.m. on April 3 on the TV Asahi network for two episodes.

A new music video has been completed. The new PV features the "Unicorn Gundam" in a new marking design that appears in the newly created opening. The design was created by Hajime Katoki, and HGUC Gunpla with the new design marking stickers will be released in June.

It was on the morning of April 10, 2004, that the work on the OVA version was completed. Two years later, I re-edited the TV version and composed the OP and ED. I am deeply moved. Seven years ago, I heard about this work because I remember that it was a project for TV broadcast in an hour-long drama slot for adults. For me, "Gundam UC" is a very important work that has left its mark on me from my late teens to my 20s.
