Summer Anime "NEW GAME!" Seeking names for theme song singing unit of 4 voice actors!　Manga Time Kirara Festa! will also be participating in the "Manga Time Kirara Festa!

The TV anime "NEW GAME!" will start in July, and a call for names for the voice acting unit has been announced.

NEW GAME!" is an anime based on Shotaro Tokuno's four-frame manga serialized in Manga Time Kirara Carat. It depicts the struggles of a rookie character designer at a video game company. The original story is based on the main character, Aoba Suzukaze's line "I'm going to work hard all day long! became a boom on the Internet. Directed by Yoshiyuki Fujiwara of "GJ Club" and "Unconfirmed in Progress" fame, with Ryohei Takeshita as assistant director, Fumihiko Shimo of "CLANNAD" and "Unconfirmed in Progress" fame as series director, Ai Kikuchi as character designer, and Animation Studio as animation producer.

The theme song will be sung by a unit consisting of four main characters: Aoba Ryokaze (CV: Yuuki Takada), Hifumi Takimoto (CV: Ai Yamaguchi), Hajime Shinoda (CV: Megumi Toda), and Yun Iijima (CV: Ayumi Takeo). The name of the unit is being solicited from the general public. They will be able to apply from the official website in the near future. The unit will also participate in "Manga Time Kirara Festa! 2016" to be held at Tokyo Dome City Hall on June 26. The unit may make its first public appearance.
