Intel's first SSD with TLC NAND, the SSD 540s series, is now available!

Intel's new SSD SSD 540s series is now available.

Three models were confirmed for sale: the 1TB capacity model "SSDSC2KW010X6X1," the 480GB capacity model "SSDSC2KW480X6X1," and the 240GB capacity model "SSDSC2KW240X6X1.

The "SSD 540s" series is the company's first 2.5-inch SSD to use TLC NAND.

The SSDSC2KW010X6X1 hassequentialtransfer rates of up to 560MB/s read and 480MB/s write, and random transfer rates of 78,000 IOPS read and 85,000 IOPS write.

The SSDSC2KW480X6X1 features sequential transfer rates of up to 560MB/s read and 480MB/s write, and random transfer rates of 78,000 IOPS read and 85,000 IOPS write.

The SSDSC2KW240X6X1 has sequential transfer rates of up to 560MB/s read and 480MB/s write, and random transfer rates of 74,000 IOPS read and 85,000 IOPS write.
