Comments from the audience are as follows

Tomoyo Kurosawa, who plays Kumiko Kiomae

When the TV series was broadcast, some of you may have watched it over dinner, and I don't think you had much time to face the screen in the dark, so I think you can feel many things more when you watch it in a movie theater.
As someone who lived as Kumiko, I had an itchy feeling as if I was being secretly filmed, because there were some unexpected sounds in the film. When I took the stage, I could see the smiles on everyone's faces, so now I feel very happy.
I was able to re-shoot the scenes that were recorded every other week in the TV series, and I feel as if I can breathe with Kumiko more than before. There were many things that made me think and many things that made me feel immature, but I am happy to be able to share it with you today. I think you will enjoy the music alone, so if you have friends who are in a brass band, I would be very happy if you would recommend it to them.
(I am happy to be able to announce the second season of the TV series on the opening day of the show!

Ayaka Asai, who plays Hazuki Kato
I always wanted to see everyone's smiling faces at the screening. I was reminded once again that the music of the brass band is only worth seeing in a movie theater.
(I look forward to the second season of the TV series, and I hope that everyone will join in the fun with me!

Moe Toyoda, who plays Midoriteru Kawashima

I wanted to be one of the first to bring "Hibike! Euphonium" at the theater, so I couldn't wait for today to come. I am very happy that the opening day went without a hitch. I am happy that the theater version has touched everyone's hearts!
(I am personally looking forward to hearing Kumiko's music again. It is thanks to everyone's support, so thank you very much.

Chika Anzai, who plays the role of Rena Kosaka

I watched a little bit of the screening today, and I thought it was hard to watch the scene where Hazuki is dumped on the big screen (laugh).
There are some new cuts, but I think there are some discoveries to be made on the big screen, so I hope you will visit the show many times.
I hope that I can bring to you the atmosphere, the timing, and the new charm of the film that only the theatrical version can bring. I hope that you will be able to feel many things that cannot be put into words, and I hope that you will visit the theater again and again.
(Upon the announcement of the second season) What kind of music will be played by the four girls and the members of the Kita-Uji High School brass band, and what will happen to Mr. Taki... I also like the appearance of the oboe girl in the new cut the best, and I am personally looking forward to seeing how she will interact with the other members of the band!
I am personally looking forward to seeing how they will interact with each other!

Takahiro Sakurai (Noboru Taki)

It is very special to see this work in a movie theater, and I think that the theater version is a place where you can realize that this work is loved by everyone. The sound is different on a big screen. I think that since it is a single story, we can better understand the stories of the four characters.
Do you men understand the scene at Mt. Daikichi...that friendship? How was it to see it on the big screen? (audience: applause) I think it is one of the most important scenes in the film, and I was reminded once again that movie theaters are wonderful spaces where you can share the film with many people.
(After the announcement of the second season) I am sure that many people were looking forward to the continuation of the show, and I myself can't wait to see it on TV.

Director Tatsuya Ishihara

I am happy to be able to present this film to you on a large screen with powerful content. The sound settings were adjusted for the theater, so you could hear some sounds that you couldn't hear in the TV series.
(Upon the announcement of the second season) There was no second volume of the original work when the TV series was produced, but I am happy because I will be able to depict the oboe's girlfriend and Asuka's situation well in the second season.
