Hiro Kaburaki (Director)
The project that was originally in motion before 91Days was "Doro Doro no Koi Nyumero" (Doro Doro Love Daytime Melody). No, I remember it was a "zombie panic thing" before that. And, as in life, somewhere along the line, some great force was at work, and the story was about "Mafia revenge".
So, we took inspiration from a variety of mafia movies...a wide variety of inspirations, and we all used our brains and twisted our wits together to finally come up with an original work of art.
Even though the prohibition of alcohol has been passed, I think that I will be fine as a non-drinker...but I am painfully aware of the sadness of not being able to release the stress of work with alcohol.
That being said, this work...well, it's quite interesting.

...Taku Kishimoto (Series Composition)
When writing the script and in meetings to review it, I always chose the strongest hand to weave the story.
As a result, the main character, Avilio, is burdened with immeasurable karma.
What kind of resolution will he bring to this story and to his own life?

Tomohiro Kishi (Chief Animation Director, Character Designer)
As this is an original work, it is set in the unique era of Prohibition, and I will do my best to create the expressions and the screen images of the relationships and complex feelings of each character, including the people of that time, the mafia, and the protagonist's vengeance.

Shogo Kaida (music)
I am very excited to be able to participate in such a wonderful work as a composer.
I grew up watching many masterpieces that depicted the same era as 91 Days, and those films were one of the reasons why I wanted to become a composer.
I will never forget the feeling I had when I was offered the opportunity.
Of course, the story was different from those movies, and I read the script with great enthusiasm every time it came to me. I carefully spun my emotions note by note to fit in with the beautiful and delicate images, the precise and bold script and direction, and to keep the world just on the edge without destroying it.
I would be happy if you could immerse yourself in the world of 91Days and enjoy the work with me.
