Summer Anime "Cheer Boys! and the main visual is revealed!　Additional Cast Members: Hiroki Yasumoto and Shosei Yamatani

A new key visual, additional cast, and broadcast information have been announced for the TV anime"Cheer Boys! announced a new key visual, additional cast members, and broadcast information.



Cheerleader Boys!is ananime work based on the novel by Ryo Asai, the author of "Kirishima, Bukkatsu Yameratte yo" which was also made into a live-action movie. It depicts the coming-of-age of a group of college students who are not quite sure what to do with their youth in cheerleading. Directed by Ai Yoshimura of "After all, my adolescent romantic comedy is wrong.Reiko Yoshida of "Wimpy Pedal" fame as series composition,Hiroyuki Asada of "Tegamibachi" fame as original character design, Hito Tsuruta of "World Trigger" fame as character design, and Brain's Base as animation production.

Hiroki Yasumoto will play the role of Jin Domoto, captain of "SPARKS," the nation's strongest mixed-gender cheerleading team, and Sachio Yamatani will play Kaoru Hanasaki, a rookie of "SPARKS" who is negative toward cheerleading by men only. The program will be broadcast on TOKYO MX every Tuesday from 23:00 on July 5, on Sun TV every Tuesday from 24:00 on July 5, on KBS Kyoto every Tuesday from 24:30 on July 5, on TV Aichi every Tuesday from 27:05 on July 5, and on BS11 every Wednesday from 24:30 on July 6.
