A short animation "A Health Watching Course for Disappointed Middle-Aged Men" is now on view! Keiji Fujiwara and Wataru Takagi play contrasting middle-aged and older men.

A short animation, "A Health Watching Course for Disappointed Middle-Aged Men," has been released.

This is a collaboration between Kagome Co. and HOICHOI Productions, and was created to raise the health awareness of middle-aged men, and is a completely original scripted anime adaptation of the manga "Capricious Concept," which has been serialized in Big Comic Spirits since 1981. The story is about Zaizen and Kumada, who appear in the manga, and realistically depicts the things that make middle-aged men involuntarily look back at themselves.

The cast features Keiji Fujiwara as Zaizen, a "health-conscious type" who shares his knowledge with others and begs for "likes" on SNS, and Wataru Takagi as Kumada, an "unhealthy, incorrigible type" who boasts about his lack of exercise and binge eating and drinking, but fears health checkups. Rie Kugimiya, Kana Ueda, and Yumi Uchiyama also appear as office workers. A total of eight episodes, four each for the "Conscious" and "Unhealthy Muyori-ha" groups, are available for free viewing on a special website (http://sulforaphane.jp/hoichoi/).
