Late-night sales of video cards with NVIDIA's new GPU "GeForce GTX 1070" are scheduled to begin at 10:00 p.m. on Friday, October 10 at some stores.

The two stores that have announced late-night sales are DOSPARRA Parts Center and BUY MORE Akihabara Honten.

GeForce GTX 1070 is a lower-end model of GeForce GTX 1080, which was released on June 27.

The main specifications include an operating clock of 1,506 MHz at base/ 1,683 MHz at boost, 1,920 CUDA cores, and 120 texture units. Memory is GDDR5 8GB (256bit) with a memory clock of 8008MHz and memory bandwidth of 256GB/sec. TDP is 150W.
