New SSD "MX300" with 3D TLC NAND from Crucial!

Samples of Crucial's MX300 SSD, which uses 3D TLC NAND, have arrived at the DOSPARRA Parts Department and will be available for purchase starting tomorrow, Friday the 17th.

The new arrival is the " CT750MX300SSD1," a 750GB capacity model.




The CT750MX300SSD1 is the company's first 7mm thick/2.5-inch SSD to use 3D TLC NAND flash.

By using the company's own (Micron) 3D TLC NAND flash and Marvell's 88SS 1074" for high performance and endurance. Other features include support forAdaptive Thermal Protection Technology to prevent system overheating,Momentum Cache to improve SSD performance, and AES 256-bit encryption.

Key specifications include: connection interface isSATA 6Gbps; sequentialtransfer rate: read:530MB/s, write:510MB/s; random transfer rate: read: 92,000 IOPS, write: 83,000 IOPS; MTTF: 1.5 million hours; TBW: 220TB; accessories The 7mm to 9.5mm thick spacer and an activation key for data migration software will be included as accessories .
