Wake Up, Girls!" reveals new costumes and live tour visuals!　Nationwide tour starts on July 17!

New costumes and live tour visuals have been released from "Wake Up, Girls!



Wake Up, Girls!" is an original anime created by Hiroshi Yamamoto (director of "Lucky Star"), Doko Waita (screenplay and composition), and Satoru Kamizaki (MONACA) (music). It is an ensemble coming-of-age drama depicting the struggles of seven girls in Sendai who aspire to become idols, with the TV anime and theater production starting simultaneously in January 2014; a spin-off production, "Uwake Up, Girls! / to be released in December.The voice actor unit of the same name consisting of themaincast is also actively working as artists, and their third live tour "Here and There, but Sorry! will start on July 17.

The new costumes, which are based on white and blue, were created with an eye toward improving their live performance. The live tour visual depicting the new costumes was also unveiled. As the tour title suggests, the concept is to descend to "all over Japan, here and there" and the illustration shows seven members descending from the sky above Japan.
