The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" TV anime "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" has announced that it will hold a one-show screening.



The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" is an anime work based on a light novel by Tanigawa Nagaru, and is one of Kyoto Animation's representative works. The story follows the lives of Haruhi Suzumiya, an ordinary high school student named Kyon, Yuki Nagato, a quiet bookworm, Mikuru Asahina, a stylish moe, and Kazuki Furuizumi, a mysterious transfer student, who form a mysterious organization called the "SOS-dan" after growing tired of their boring lives, The TV anime broadcast in 2006 led to its enormous popularity, which was followed by a movie version and spin-off productions.


On July 9, the first season of the TV series will be screened at the "Haruhi Suzumiya's Hell Sound" event. This project commemorates the 10th anniversary of the broadcast, and will be screened using the theater's unique sound system. A talk show featuring the cast will be held at Tachikawa Cinema City, and a video broadcast will be held at Tsukaguchi Sun-Sun Theater.
