A report on the stage greeting has arrived from the anime film "KING OF PRISM by PrettyRhythm.



This is a spin-off film starring the male unit "Over The Rainbow" from the TV anime "Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live" that aired from April 2013 to March 2014. The film was released in 14 theaters nationwide on January 9 and became popular for its highly addictive content and "Prism Star Cheering Screening," a participatory screening in which cheering and penlights are allowed. The film has been running for an unusually long time, drawing approximately 390,000 viewers and recording box-office revenues of approximately 600 million yen.

To commemorate the screening of the 4D version on June 18, Junta Terashima, who plays Shin Ichijo, and director Masakazu Hishida held an opening day greeting at Cineplex Hirakata in Osaka Prefecture. Below is the report.

On June 18, Junta Terashima, who plays Shin Ichijo, and director Masakazu Hishida gave a stage greeting to celebrate the opening day of 4DX.
Mr. Terashima was pleased to have his wish come true and enjoyed Osaka's gourmet food at his first stage greeting event in Osaka. When asked about the "cheering" that is unique to the Kansai region, fans responded, "Scene: Shin says, 'Is this the prism show? and "Seda-dee! I'd like to copy that someday! （I'd like to copy that someday! When asked about the other scenes in which the Schwarz building is shown, the director replied, "Abeno Harukas! When asked about this, the director replied, "When I came to Osaka before, there was a person who said, 'Tsutenkaku Tower! But since it is set to be the tallest building in the world, it is getting closer and closer! The audience was excited.

What was your impression when you saw the movie at the preview?
Terashima: It was my first time to see a 4DX movie, and I didn't expect the chairs to shake so much, so it was like an attraction. The most impressive part was the scene when Yukinojo first appears, and when Shin-kun gets nervous, the chair shakes (laughs). (Laughs.) Then, when Leo jumped into the scene, the chair shook, and I thought I was experiencing Shin Ichijo right now (laughs).

After the preview, Director Hishida mentioned that it would be great if we could all give each other an endless hug.
Director: I thought it would be nice if we could do it, but if we really did it, we would get caught. Everyone is naked (laughs).

On the release of the character song AL "KING OF PRISM Music Ready Sparking!
Director: It was great, wasn't it? It has expanded our dreams for the future.
Terashima: My expectation was that it would be a song about Shin, who is full of energy, but it was a song about Shin who has grown up and become an adult. I thought it would make girls swoon. I'm sorry if it didn't (laughs).

Lastly, a message from the director.
Terashima: I didn't think at first that the film would be shown until the DVD was released, and I really didn't expect it to be shown in 4DX as well. It would be wonderful if we could screen the film for about a year with this momentum, and I would like to support this film together with everyone.
Director: The 4DX is something that the production staff has wanted to do since the 2D screenings began, and now it has become a reality, so it is a dream come true. I also want to see the rest of the film, so I would like to do something about that. Thank you very much.
