Akiba Research Institute's anime portal site "Anipota" closed yesterday the official voting project "What's coming next?　2016 Summer Anime Expectation Popularity Poll" was closed yesterday. The winner of the dead heat was the legendary "Berserk," a great fantasy work.

Berserk" is an anime work based on Kentaro Miura's manga of the same title serialized in Young Animal since 1989. It is a dark fantasy with a profound storyline, appealing characters, and overwhelmingly detailed drawings. Also ranked at No. 10 is "orange," a coming-of-age anime based on a manga serialized in Monthly Action by Takano Ichigo, which was made into a popular movie in December 2015, so expectations are high for this one as well.
