Summer Anime "Regalia The Three Sacred Stars" Interview with Kaede Hondo Arrives!　The gap between a cute girl and a fighter is also cool.

An official interview with Kaede Hondo, who plays Yui, from the TV anime "Regalia The Three Sacred Stars," which will start in July, has arrived.



The original anime "Regalia The Three Sacred Stars" is a bishojo x mecha action work by Actus of "Girls und Panzer" fame. The main characters are sisters Yui and Rena, who lead a peaceful life, and the work depicts their destiny and powerful battles over the giant humanoid mecha "Regalia".Directed by Susumu Tosaka of "IS <Infinite Stratos> 2",series composition by Keigo Koyanagi of "GO! GO! 575",character design by QP: flapper of the game "Girl Friend (Kari)", and character design by Kimihaku Nishio of "Moetan".


The first volume of the Blu-ray and DVD will be released on October 4.

─ Please tell us about the character you are playing.

As you can see from her expression, she is a gentle and calm girl. When she is the queen, she is a very calm and gentle girl, but when she is the queen, she is a very strong person who wants to "protect everyone! but when she is living in the school or cooking with Rena, she smiles a lot and has a completely different expression. But I think both of them are her appearance.

─ ─ Is there anything you pay attention to in order to express the female emperor's personality?

Miwa Iwanami, the sound director, told me to be "royal" (laugh). (Laughs.) It depends on the scene, but I try to breathe calmly. If I am nervous, the people will be nervous too.

───Although the broadcast has just started, were there any scenes that left a deep impression on you?

The battle scene in Regalia. I was drawn in by the powerful hand-drawn graphics, as well as the fantastic colors and direction. I also thought it was cool to see the gap between the cute girls like Yui and Rena fighting on the regalia. I'm looking forward to seeing how the other two will be involved in the future.

─ ─ Do you have a message for the fans who are looking forward to the future development?

I think there are many new things we will learn as the story progresses through episodes 2 and 3. I hope you will enjoy watching the recorded video or the package again.
