A collaboration with the Chiba Lotte Marines has been announced for the cycling anime "Yowamushi Pedal.



The anime "WIMUSUSHI PEDAL" is based on the manga series by Wataru Watanabe, which is serialized in Weekly Shonen Champion. The second season of the TV series aired from October 2014 to March 2015, and the first feature film "YAMUSUME PEDAL THE MOVIE," released in August 2015, was a huge hit. The spin-off "Weak Mushi Pedal SPARE BIKE" was screened in theaters, followed by the third season of the TV series, which will begin in January 2017.

The Sohoku High School, to which the main character Sakamichi Onoda and his teammates belong, is located in Chiba Prefecture, so a collaboration with the Chiba Lotte Marines professional baseball team has been decided: the three-game series against the Orix Buffaloes to be held at QVC Marine Field from August 30 to September 1 will be called "Anime "WIMUSU PEDAL" x Chiba Lotte Marines Collaboration Event - Three days of excitement in Chiba" and a campaign will be held.
