Bluetooth sound receiver with transmit/receive switching support, "Dorode~Mo Bluetooth Ver.2" from Century!

CENTURY has released the "Dorode~Mo Bluetooth Ver.2" (model number: CBTTR-AV2), a Bluetooth sound receiverthat can switch between transmitting and receiving audio , enabling wireless use of hand-held devices.




The "Dorode~mo Bluetooth Ver.2" is a Bluetooth sound receiver that can switch betweentransmitting (transmitter) andreceiving (receiver) audio, and is the successor model to the "Dorode~mo Bluetooth" released in May 2013. It is newly compatible with the high-quality sound codec "aptX" and features low noise and low latency for clear audio.

In transmission mode (transmitter), audio can be played over Bluetooth-enabled speakers or headphones at a distance by connecting to a non-Bluetooth equipped TV or music player.

In receive mode (receiver), music from a Bluetooth-enabled smartphone or tablet can be played wirelessly by connecting to non-Bluetooth equipped earphones or speakers.


Furthermore, by preparing two units of this product, one for transmission mode and the other for reception mode, a wireless environment can be created between non-Bluetooth equipped audio devices (effective range: approx. 10 m).

The main unit measures 35 (W) x 51 (D) x 10 (H) mm and weighs approximately 30 g.
