Cyborg 009", new animation with original story and full 3DCG to be screened in theaters!　Three-part series, Kenji Kamiyama as general director!

The theatrical anime "CYBORG009 CALL OF JUSTICE" has been announced.



CYBORG009 CALL OF JUSTICE" is a new animation with a completely original story produced to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the visualization of Shotaro Ishinomori's original work "Cyborg 009". It depicts the story of the Zero-Number cyborgs taking on a new and powerful enemy in full 3DCG animation. The three-part series will be screened in theaters for a limited two-week period starting on November 25.


The staff includes Kenji Kamiyama, who worked on the "Ghost in the Shell: S.A.C." series and " 009 RE: CYBORG," as general director; Koudai Kakimoto, assistant director of "Arpeggio Ars Nova," who is directing his first film as a director; and Masatsugu Saito of "Paradise Expelled from Paradise-" has been chosen as the character designer.

It is a great honor for me to be able to bring "Cyborg 009," created by Shotaro Ishinomori, into reality with Kenji Kamiyama as the general director and the entire production staff.
In this film, the Zero-Zero Number cyborgs, with a completely new visual look, will meet new enemies and weave a new story, and I will do my best to complete the film so that they can connect with the path they have taken in previous works and be a part of the path that will continue in the future.
