Digimon" to Sell Limited Special Album of Songs Sung by Koji Wada!　At "DIGIMON ADVENTURE FES. 2016

From the "Digimon Adventure" series, "Digimon Adventure tri. Chapter 3: Confessions" will be released on September 24, and a special album has been announced for sale.



Digimon Adventure tri." is the latest anime in the Digimon series, a sequel to the first "Digimon Adventure. Set three years after the final battle against Belial Vandemon in "Digimon Adventure 02," the story follows the development of the "chosen children" (Taichi Yagami, Yamato Ishida, Sora Takenouchi, Mitsuro Izumi, Mimi Tachigawa, Takeshi Kido, Takeru Takaishi, and Hikari Yagami), including the main character, Taichi Yagami, who is now a high school student. The story is depicted as a film in six chapters. The film is directed by Keitaro Motonaga, with series composition by Yuko Kakihara and character design by Atsuya Uki.

The special album will be sold exclusively at the "DIGIMON ADVENTURE FES. 2016" on July 31, and will include songs by Koji Wada, who passed away in April 2016, including "Digimon Adventure," "Digimon Adventure 02," "Digimon Tamers," Digimon Frontier," "Digimon Sabers," and " Digimon Adventure tri." The jacket features an original illustration of Angelmon, which Wada said was his favorite. Purchasers of CDs totaling 2,000 yen or more (including tax) at the venue will receive a B2 poster on a first-come, first-served basis .
