Yasushi Akimoto, Tetsuya Komuro, TSUNKU♂, and Rino Sashihara become producers of Yoyogi Animation Academy!
Yoyogi Animation Gakuin has announced a new initiative, including the appointment of a producer.
The school has officially appointed four producers, Yasushi Akimoto, Tetsuya Komuro, Tsunku♂, and Rino Sashihara (HKT48), to work with the school's general producer, Yasushi Akimoto, to develop the animation and entertainment industry. A panel discussion by these four producers is scheduled to be held at a later date.
It was also announced that Nerke Planning Inc., Marvelous Inc. and PIERO Inc. will fully support the "2.5-D Theater Department. The three leading production companies in the industry will provide support from training to actual stage appearances.
In addition, the "Entertainer [Night] Course" will begin in September 2016. In this course, students can choose what they want to learn from a wide variety of lessons. In addition to premium lectures by four producers, weekly auditions will be held in conjunction with related and cooperating companies and production companies, giving all students a chance to make their debut.
