Steakhouse 听 (pound) Akihabara, a restaurant specializing in aged meat steaks, is scheduled to open on Tuesday, August 2.

The location is on the first floor of the Kanda Eight Building (the building that houses the e-earphone Akihabara store (4th floor)), located at the end of Akiba Tashiro Street, where Akihabara UDX is located, toward Suehirocho.

Steakhouse 听「听」 AKIHABARA specializes in aged beef steaks, using only Japanese black beef directly from designated farms.


The aged meat is produced at the Hiramatsu Farm in Kagoshima Prefecture, aged for 30 days using a special method, and then left to mature for another 10 days in the store's aging room.

The interior of the restaurant has a modern Japanese atmosphere reminiscent of a "Kyomachiya" townhouse, with black and white as the basic color scheme and a hint of red to create a stylish and relaxed atmosphere. Private rooms, counter seats, and table seats are available, allowing customers to enjoy a relaxing adult time in accordance with the occasion, such as a date or a girls' night out.

According to the in-store POP, opening staff (full-time employees) are also being recruited.


OPEN Commemorative Offer
From 8/2 (Tue.) to 8/7 (Sun.), the aged Japanese beef steak-jyu (980 yen) will be offered for 500 yen (tax included) for the first 50 customers during lunch time. In addition, a draft beer will be offered for 190 yen (tax not included) when dining at dinner time.
