Animated film "Monster Strike the Movie", special trailer released!　Fallen Angel Lucifer makes an appearance!

A special trailer has been released from theanimated film"Monster Strike the Movie," whichwill be released on December 10.



" Monster Strike" a.k.a. "MonSt"isthetitle of the anime adaptation of the smartphone game application by mixi, Inc. which operates the social networking service "mixi".The original game is an RPG in which a party of four monsters takes on quests, but the anime version condenses the battles and storyline into a single approximately seven-minute episode, which was distributed on YouTube from October 2015.

In the special trailer released this time, the very popular character Lucifer, a fallen angel, appears after the strong words, "America weeps at the emotional ending" and "This winter, you will be witness to a legend." Lucifer said, "It's a lie, the entire U.S. will not cry at the movie I am about to introduce to you!" he denies in a provocative tone, but finally bursts into tears.

Ryusuke Hikawa, animation researcher and visiting professor at Meiji University Graduate School, commented on the film, "The animation development of 'MonSt' has the power to break through the current animation world, and it is something to keep an eye on. It contains many new attempts to explore the possibilities of the next generation.
